I know Orlando real estate.   I am an investment home and new construction specialist.  I am also Resort and Second Home Certified.  I have over 40 years of real estate experience and 20 years of experience as a homebuilder. I grew up in Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in foreign policy and diplomacy.  Then it was off to the Air Force where I was a C-130 combat pilot with over 700 combat missions earning the Distinguished Flying Cross and three Air Medals in Vietnam. My primary focus in on investment homes and Short Term Rentals (STR) with a specialty in new construction.
